Where do I go for help to reset my MCC password?
Visit the Student Technology webpage and click on Reset My Password. Carefully follow the directions to reset your password.
For further help with tech questions such as: being locked out of your MCC network account, access issues, e-mail, passwords, etc. contact the Student Technology Help Desk technologyhelp@student.monroecc.edu.
Hours of operation are:
M/T/W/Th: 7:30am to 7:30pm
Friday: 8:00am to 3:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 1:30pm
