I’m having trouble accessing the library databases.
Answer
When accessing the MCC Library Databases, please be sure to connect directly from our website.
When prompted, please log in with your complete MCC email address and password.
Students: jdoe123@student.monroecc.edu
Staff: jdoe123@monroecc.edu
If you are off campus and still cannot access the databases, please log in to MyMCC and click on the library tile. If you cannot log in to the portal, please visit the MyAccount help page to find your MCC email address, or reset your password.
Still having access issues? Please go to your browser settings (see upper right corner of browser window) and try the following:
- Clear the browser cache
- Enable cookies
- Adjust pop-up blocker settings
- Enable JavaScript

Contact the MCC Student Technology Help Desk for assistance with your MCC Student Account (585) 292-8324 choose Option #1.
Faculty and Staff
