I get an "authentication error" when signing into RitzDiscovery? What do I do?


 If you are attempting to sign into RitzDiscovery in order to make use of its extended features and are getting an authentication error, please refresh the page. The refresh should then connect you into the RitzDiscovery account features which you can verify by seeing your name in the upper right hand corner. 

Additional Details:  

When you click on the Sign In button in the upper right corner, this will connect you to a Login through myDCC which may additionally prompt you for your myDCC username and password (the usual format is firstname.lastname).  This should connect you straight through to our resources, but occasionally you may encounter an authentication error as mentioned above.  Please refresh the page.
