What information literacy tutorials or trainings are available?
Answer
Besides offering in-person reference, book-a-librarian appointments, and class-led information literacy classes, DCC offers two sets of self-guided information literacy tutorials: Credo Instruct and ProQuest Research Companion.
Each of these information literacy tutorials can be done in pieces. Both programs contain videos and self-tests to help you learn what you need. You are able to select the areas of information literacy that you want to focus on.
It takes about 10 hours to complete the entire Credo program; to complete PQRC, it takes about 3 hours.
