What information literacy tutorials or trainings are available?
Answer
Besides offering in-person reference, book-a-librarian appointments, and class-led information literacy classes, DCC offers two sets of self-guided information literacy tutorials: Credo Instruct and ProQuest Research Companion.
Each of these information literacy tutorials can be done in segments. Both programs contain videos and self-tests to help you. You are also able to select individual areas of information literacy that you want to focus on.
It takes about 10 hours to complete the entire Credo program; to complete PQRC, it takes about 3 hours.
